Cancellation Policy
Balance can be paid in cash or credit/debit card. When paying your remaining balance with a credit/debit card or any tap-to-pay service (e.g., Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay), a 7% processing fee will apply.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact Peaceful Hair at least 24 hours in advance.
A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes of tardiness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Clients who fail to not show up without calling will be charged a $75 fee & will not be permitted to rebook.
